The Williams Rail Review and bicycles on trains

IMG_3771Cycling UK are encouraging people to respond to the Williams Rail Review online with their accounts of taking bicycles on trains.  This review has been set up by the Department for Transport “for the UK to have [ahem] a world-class railway”.

Well, we thought, why not mention the less-than-world-class new cycle racks at Lancaster railway station, if only to get our collective annoyance off our chest?
