Concerned by how few people were aware of the planning application’s proposed closure for over a year of the Millennium Path beside the River Lune, Dynamo has put up a few signs to inform path-users and to let them know how to comment. We’re keeping a regular eye on them to ensure they don’t end up as litter.

Agreed – I’ve spoken to several regular users who had no idea. Let’s hope for slow-burn outrage…

I’ve done a formal objection. Not promising to withdraw if, though it might be implicit. Crosser than Dynamo’s nicely toned one, but then I don’t have to maintain relationships with officers. I went heavy on the Cycling and Walking Strategy, which seems handily well timed. (The email acknowledgment quoted my whole comment but said it had been ‘truncated’ so goodness knows what it will look like when it gets uploaded.)

Great work dynamo. I assumed standard planning notifications would have been publicly displayed at regular intervals also?

    Good work oliver also.
