The government’s draft cycling and walking investment strategy

The government has published its draft cycling and walking investment strategy, consultation on which closes on 23 May. So far it has not won the hearts of British Cycling or the CTC, whose criticisms centre around the very low funding allocations – around £1.38 per person outside London when something nearer £10 is needed to really make a difference. One for Dynamo to take a look at. There will be roadshows in Leeds and Manchester in April.
