Isle of Man – proposed change to presumed liability?

A link to an article in the Isle of Man Today which makes it possible – given a fair wind and with fingers crossed – that one day the presumption of liability in the event of car-cycle crash would rest with the motorist to prove that s/he had left sufficient passing space.

    Good I guess! all too often motorist deliberately cut in front to make sure there is not gap!
